THE STANDARD REGULAR BOOKING POLICY

On Booking the rooms , the hotel will charge you for the first night of the reservation. This acts as a deposit and confirms the reservation. The remaining balance will be payable at the time of arrival.

IT IS REGRETTED THAT NO LIABILITY CAN BE ACCEPTED FOR THE PROPERTY OF CUSTOMERS.

Validity proof

Customers are not allowed to check in without valid ID Proof. Hotel will only accept three type of ID :

  • Passport.
  • Driving Licence.
  • National Id card of the country.

Payment

Your payment transaction is done via PayPal, and we accept all major Credit/Debit cards online and at the time of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged for the first night if they cancel the stay in the 2 days before arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: For Group Booking Reservation must be cancelled before 4 weeks of the arrival date.

Late cancellation:

In the event of a no show, or a late cancellation with less than 48hrs notice prior to the date of arrival, one night payment will be charged, and deposit will not be refunded back for regular bookings. For any group bookings cancellation is accepted only before 4 weeks of the check in date.

No Responsible:

Bluebells Hotel is not responsible for any loss due to changes in exchange rate in case of cancellation or refunds.

EXTRA NOTE: Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please check what room conditions may apply when selecting                           your room above.

Children:

We will not charge anything for the kids aged below 6 years of age, if they are sharing the same bed with parents. However any extra bed will be chargeable for £30/night. Only 1 extra bed is available for 1 room and has to be confirmed before the arrival, preferably at the time of booking for its availability. Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises except for the guided dog.


Reception remains closed between 1 to 7 am, Door code will be given to customers, if help needed please ring hotel phone number, Receptionist is in premises if needed in emergency or by prearrangement in the evening.
